-Attention: Some of our artworks contain water. To enter these areas, you will be required to remove your shoes. Lockers are available free of charge. High heels are not allowed within the museum; suitable flat-soled shoes must be worn. Please be aware of uneven surfaces. Please be aware that certain UV lights, flashes and fog are used in our artworks. Weekdays: Tickets are valid for entry between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Guests may enter the venue at any time during this window without the need to reserve a specific timeslot. Weekends: Tickets are valid for entry between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Similarly, guests may visit during this period without a prior timeslot booking. Please note that guests arriving after 4:00 PM on weekdays or after 1:00 PM on weekends may be denied entry, as per our updated operational policy.
