-Please carry a valid ID proof or passport with you.
-After the payment is completed, open dated E Tickets will be shared on your registered email id within 15 - 30 mins during our working hours (9am - 9pm daily). 
-Timings: Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday to Sunday – 9:00 Am – 9:00 PM
-Pregnant women and individuals with heart problems, serious knee or back pain, or those who have had major surgery in the past six months are not permitted to participate in these activities.
-Please check the child policy and the height and weight guidelines before booking, as each activity has specific requirements.
-Glasses or sunglasses must be secured with an elastic retainer to ensure safety during activities.
-Sharp objects are not permitted in pockets to prevent any potential injuries.
-Flip flops, high heels, sandals, and sliders are not allowed, and bare feet are prohibited to ensure adequate support, hygiene, and safety standards
-Attire must be culturally appropriate to respect local customs and traditions.
-Eating and drinking are not allowed on attractions to keep the area clean and safe.
-Guests with long hair must keep it tied back to avoid any hazards during activities.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all participants.
-Participants assume all risks and are responsible for adhering to safety rules to protect themselves and others.
-Shortened experiences due to bad weather do not qualify for refunds, as stated in our policy.
-A penalty of AED 50 will be charged for each hour or part thereof for exceeding the designated activity time or failing to return safety equipment on time.
-Activities will close 30 minutes before the park's official closing time to allow for proper clean-up and safety checks.
-All equipment must be returned 15 minutes prior to closing to ensure a smooth transition for all guests.
