-The Operational hours for Global Village are Sundays to Thursdays  4pm - 12midnight and on Fridays, Saturdays or Public Holidays are 4pm to 1am. Ramadan Month timings are 5pm - 1am.
-Tuesdays are family days (except falling on public holidays) , when only families and ladies will be admitted to Global Village
-Children aged below three, senior citizens over the age of (sixty five) 65 and holders of People of Determination ID cards enter Global Village free of charge.

-After the payment is completed, the customers will receive the open dated E Tickets (valid for 60 days or end of season 2026) on their registered email id within 15-30mins, during the working hours (9am - 9pm on all days). Customers are requested to check their inbox & spam folder both. Please call or whatsapp 050-4285291 in case of failure of receipt of the E Tickets.
