-After the payment is completed, the customers will receive the open dated E Tickets on their registered email id within 15-30mins, during the working hours (9am - 9pm on all days). Tickets will be valid for 30 days. Customers are requested to check their inbox & spam folder both. Please call or whatsapp 050-4285291 in case of failure of receipt of the E Tickets.
-Al Ain Zoo offers a unique experience for animal lovers and families in the UAE. Visitors can witness over 4,000 animals, including rare and endangered species. The zoo allows visitors to interact with animals by feeding giraffes, petting farm animals, and even riding camels.
-Age and health restrictions: A visit to Al Ain Zoo is suitable for people of all ages, including expecting mothers.
-Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 holding a valid admission ticket and if the child is aged 12 to 4 years old they must hold their own valid admission ticket.
-Children aged 3 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 holding a valid admission ticket but can enter free of charge. Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age.
-The Products only include general admission to the Zoo and all other add-ons and experiences are specifically excluded.
